SALTO, URUGUAY -- Catherine, and her fellow Fulbrighters, Marylin and Elizabeth were interviewed on Radio Tabaré, one of the seven radio stations in Salto, Uruguay. Catherine said she loves the people of Salto and enjoys putting dulce de zapallo, squash jam, on her crackers.
Catherine is teaching and studying in Uruguay this year on a Fulbright fellowship.
