Catherine arrived in Montevideo, Uruguay this afternoon
where she will have three days of orientation for her Fulbright
fellowship!
"Montevideo is a beautiful city with elegant neighborhoods and a long,
very flat beach," Cacko tells WKN!. "I am looking forward to the
Fulbright experience."
Housholder will travel to Salto, Uruguay on Saturday where she will
spend four months teaching, studying and researching. Salto is six
hours north of Montevideo. She will then spend four months in
Montevideo and plans to return to the U.S. for a few weeks in November
(in time for THANKSGIVING!)
Catherine spent the last seven months in Santiago de Chile before arriving in
Montevideo.
