Cacko briefly returned to U.S. terrority during her visit to the U.S. embassy in Montevideo, Uruguay last week. Here is a photo of her and her fellow Fulbrighers. She is currently in Salto, Uruguay and plans to live with two other female Fulbrighters.
"At the embassy we enjoyed a presentation of the badass Uruguayan economic situation by the embassy's official economist, Marcelo Paglia. He awesomely answered all of our questions. Uruguay is doing 'crescent fresh' overall, but many 'educated' Uruguayans are leaving because of the lack of jobs. Uruguay tends to over-educate its population thanks to its free university education blah blah blah...you get the idea" Cacko told WKN!"
